When the building was restructured into a non-territorial office
office, 30 workstations were created for the 47 employees on this floor, plus meeting zones and conference rooms. A not inconsiderable part of the furniture was taken over, but new furniture was also added. During the reorganization, emphasis was placed on sustainability while taking into account proven parts of the previous concept. Planning and color concepts were created by SITAG in advance.
All workstations are equipped with SITAGACTIVE height-adjustable desks - with environmentally friendly linoleum as the desk surface that is pleasant to the touch.
The functional swivel chairs SITAGEGO, uniquely combine the advantages of a mesh back with the benefits of classic upholstery technology. Existing furniture was taken over and seamlessly supplemented by new tables and chairs from the respective programs.
The feel-good factor in the workplace has a direct influence on the physical, emotional and cognitive performance of employees. Plants, room dividers and retreats create more satisfied teams and more creative work results.
